Dunman High Bicultural Scholars 19 Nov 09

21 BSP scholars from Dunman High went through a team building session to understand themselves better and also learn about other team members. They were bound for a trip to New York as part of their BSP immersion. Guess students are really fortunate nowadays…as one of the places they r going is Brown university 🙂

Here’re the feedback after the two hour workshop which included clips, hands-on, presentation and team work.

I have understood more about how each and everyone of us is different and how to communicate with each other.

This session was useful in helping us know more about teamwork and personality in a fun and interesting way.

It was fun and entertaining to have this ice-breaker to know about ourselves and our friends. From this session, we know everyone is essentially different and because of their different personalities have different perspectives about the things in the world. Thanks for the exciting workshop 🙂

I think I have understood more about the different personalities and most of us have mixed personalities. This session was a good, informative and a fun one. If we could have a personality test before splitting into group, it would be better 🙂

I understand more about the 4 different types of personalities and how to interact with the different types of people. I learnt that there must be different types of people in a group for something to be successful so we should learn to accept and understand other people of other personalities.

I learnt more about the different types of personalities and more importantly, I learnt that I should embrace diversity in a team and accept my personality so that I will be able to accept others too 🙂 The team building session was great fun 🙂
