I was invited to conduct a session for World Vision Singapore at their office as a child sponsor and also a practising social artist. While I do not think I can qualify as an acclaimed calligrapher and artist, I was happy to share the principles behind Chinese ink painting and also to teach the participants who came to write blessings for their sponsored children.
The session came at the end of inspiring talks, sharing and video clips by WV staff, fellow child sponsors. It was evident to me that many who came caught the vision that with $45 we can provide a child in these ADP (area development programmes) under World Vision to have more options in life.
Here are some pictures of the gathering. May the good wishes of the child sponsors goes a long way to blessing their sponsored children.
