Attempts to do charcoal portraits after learning from Domestika’s Sarah Stokes on “Artistic Charcoal Portraiture: Creating Atmosphere“. I find Sarah to be an inspiring teacher who scaffolds well with her clear instructions! Such is the confidence she inspires in me that I felt compelled to start my first portrait and well…it was very well received from my ex-students and friends on FB:) These are my three attempts over the last year:)
